In the title of the 9th International Colloquium of Aumism, “Building the New Era together”, the word “together” brings together all the kingdoms of nature: the mineral, the plant, the animal and the human.<\/p>\n
In this turbulent period, the kingdoms of nature are suffering:<\/p>\n
– The mineral kingdom is overexploited and polluted; even space is cluttered with thousands of pieces of satellite debris,<\/p>\n
– the mineral and plant kingdoms are poisoned by fertilisers,<\/p>\n
– the animal kingdom is executed in slaughterhouses,<\/p>\n
– the human kingdom is disoriented by the intensive use of technology (televisions, iPads, video games, etc.).<\/p>\n
The kingdoms of Nature, of which man is a part, depend on one another, and the new Era must be built on mutual respect between the different kingdoms of nature.<\/p>\n
In this talk we will address three points:<\/p>\n
I – The kingdoms of nature are interdependent and evolve together<\/strong><\/p>\n – the religious approach of divine consciousness: the Evolutionary Pyramid and the evolution of the soul from the mineral to the plant, to the animal and to the human.<\/p>\n – Darwin’s scientific approach: the table of evolution<\/p>\n – how these two approaches can be reconciled, the Organisation of the kingdoms: the example of domestic animals<\/em><\/p>\n II – Solutions for the ongoing disasters that will have to be remedied in order to build the new Era together<\/strong><\/p>\n – cleaning up what has been polluted<\/p>\n – a return to more natural agriculture<\/p>\n – protecting the climate<\/p>\n – ending the killing of animals through the development of vegetarianism<\/p>\n – protecting species and defending biodiversity<\/p>\n – education about the different kingdoms and natural laws<\/p>\n III – Restoring Unity in the Evolutionary Pyramid for the construction of the TEMPLE PYRAMID<\/strong><\/p>\n – the Teaching of the Messiah, from the Universal Declaration of Animal Rights to the Code of Honour of Man towards the kingdoms of Nature: from the rights of animals to the duties of human beings. The Messiah’s Law of Evolution is for all the kingdoms.<\/p>\n – The role of the kingdoms of nature in the various failures to build the TEMPLE PYRAMID<\/p>\n – Succeeding together in the new Era through the Construction of the TEMPLE PYRAMID<\/p>\n – The religious approach of divine consciousness: the Evolutionary Pyramid and the evolution of the soul from the mineral to the plant, to the animal and to the human<\/strong><\/p>\n Aumism, like other religions such as Buddhism, Hinduism and Sufism, believes in the divinity of the mineral, the plant, the animal and the human. The kingdoms of nature are arranged in a hierarchical pyramid going from the mineral to the human. Man is at the top of the Pyramid and must reach the Divine. In the mineral, plant and animal kingdoms there are group souls, that is, all the minerals, plants or animals of the same species share a common soul. In the human kingdom, souls are individualised.<\/p>\n A text by the poet Rumi, who lived at the time of Muhammad, describes this well:<\/p>\n “From the moment you came into the world of existence,<\/em><\/p>\n A ladder was placed before you so that you might escape.<\/em><\/p>\n First you were mineral, then you became a plant;<\/em><\/p>\n Then you became an animal: how could you not know it?<\/em><\/p>\n Then you were made man, endowed with knowledge, reason and faith;<\/em><\/p>\n Consider this body drawn from the dust: what perfection it has acquired!<\/em><\/p>\n When you have transcended the condition of man, you will doubtless become an angel.<\/em><\/p>\n Then you will be done with the earth; your dwelling will be heaven;<\/em><\/p>\n Go beyond even the angelic condition, enter that ocean,<\/em><\/p>\n So that your drop of water may become a sea.”<\/em><\/p>\n In Aumism, the chant of the OM contains these words:<\/p>\n “OM is the song of love,<\/em><\/p>\n The song of eternity, song of infinite light, of infinite compassion,<\/em><\/p>\n OM is the bridge between the finite and the infinite.<\/em><\/p>\n See the flame of consciousness in its poles of the Spirit and the heart.<\/em><\/p>\n Plunge into the sea of vibrations fed by the prayer of a thousand holy Yogis<\/em><\/p>\n and affirm OM is the song of Love…”<\/em><\/p>\n The sea sung by the Aumists and by the poet Rumi is the divine consciousness that liberated souls reintegrate. See the lecture on the sound OM.<\/p>\n – Darwin’s scientific approach: the table of evolution<\/strong><\/p>\n Darwin was a naturalist who lived from 1809 to 1882. He made a voyage of more than five years around the world to study the different animal species. Darwin was the first to propose classifying living things genealogically. He grouped the different species according to their common characteristics and built a table of the evolution of living things. We should point out here that there are several classifications of living things, depending on the criteria chosen.<\/p>\n What is important in this work is that it links living things in an evolutionary chain. Naturalists clearly show that the evolution of animals also takes place according to their environment: giraffes, for instance, stretched their necks in order to feed, which incidentally shows clearly how the kingdoms depend on one another. Today, in certain regions of Africa, goats with elongated necks can be observed, a sign that adaptation is still continuing. For the human kingdom, evolution is well known, and we advise readers to visit the Grande Galerie de l’\u00c9volution at the Jardin des Plantes in Paris.<\/p>\n – How these two approaches can be reconciled, the Organisation of the kingdoms: the example of domestic animals<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n The religious approach refers to the soul or spirit, and the scientific approach to the physical body and its morphological characteristics. There is therefore no opposition. The religious approach and the scientific approach complement each other. They deal with different planes of creation.<\/p>\n In the paragraph entitled “Life is the culmination of a divine labour”, His Holiness the Lord HAMSAH MANARAH writes:<\/p>\n “Just as each microcosmic structure of the atoms forming the human body has been calculated and thought out, so each chiselling, each mutation of the macrocosmic Planet Earth has been calculated and thought out.”<\/em>[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n “It takes only the impact of a meteor striking the matter of a continent or the liquid surface of an ocean for the face of the world to be changed for ever in an instant. But this kind of event happens only according to the Divine Will, which shapes and reshapes the matter of the inhabited or habitable worlds.”<\/em>[2]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n The first quotation shows that evolution continues according to the impulse given by God, and the second underlines that a divine intervention is possible at any moment to destroy the defective branches that have not evolved correctly.<\/p>\n In the Pyramid of the kingdoms of nature, the animal level just before the human level is that of domestic and wild animals.<\/p>\n In an article in Le Monde<\/em> entitled “Domestication: the origins of a revolution”, we learn for example that the dog descends from the wolf and that the date of its domestication depends on the region: Czech dog, 26,000 years; Western European dog, 18,000 years; Siberian dog, 33,000 years. The horse was domesticated in Kazakhstan 5,500 years ago and the cow in India 6,000 years ago. The turkey was domesticated in Mexico only 2,000 years ago.[3]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n Most interesting of all is that the domestication of animals is continuing. In an article entitled “My neighbour the coyote”:[4]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n “In the United States, more and more predators such as bears and pumas are venturing into the heart of cities. They can perfectly well coexist with human beings, scientists believe… Coyotes, once found only in the prairie states, now live from Panama to Alaska, and their population is even exploding in downtown Chicago.”<\/em><\/p>\n These facts are explained by the change in the landscape, and in particular by the extension of plant cover in cities.<\/p>\n Again in Courrier international<\/em>: “In Colorado, where there are many parks with bears, a survey of young urban schoolchildren gave the following result: when asked whether they had seen bears in the wild, only one or two pupils raised their hands. But when asked, ‘Have you seen a bear in your garden?’, they all raised their hands. Even though contacts between bears and humans are increasing, they rarely turn violent. Since 1900, black bears have killed only 14 people in the 48 contiguous states.”<\/em> Let us compare this figure with the 11,000 people killed by firearms every year. The comparison is telling: the greatest predator is man.<\/p>\n In this part we will briefly mention the solutions proposed, and sometimes already being implemented, to remedy the disasters created essentially by man.<\/p>\n – Cleaning up what has been polluted<\/strong><\/p>\n We will mention two examples: the case of space and that of Mount Everest.<\/p>\n Cleaning up space: there are currently more than 22,000 pieces of debris larger than 10 cm in orbit around the Earth. This is becoming a major problem: any new satellite can be struck and damaged by one of these pieces of debris. One could read in Metronews<\/em> in February 2014 that Japan was proposing to deploy a giant net to remove the debris.<\/p>\n Cleaning up Mount Everest: on the summit of Mount Everest (8,848 m) there are tons of rubbish. Climbers attempting the ascent were asked to bring back their rubbish (empty oxygen bottles) and to carry down 8 kg of waste. As this was not enough, a team of volunteers decided to clean up Mount Everest; the clean-up is under way.<\/p>\n – A return to more natural agriculture<\/strong><\/p>\n I will not develop this point. The Grenelle Environment Forum regulated the use of pesticides, and every gardener, even an amateur, is required to follow rules that protect nature. The clean-up is under way. The French government’s website on the Grenelle Environment Forum can be found on the internet.[5]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n – Protecting the climate<\/strong><\/p>\n The chosen model of development generates greenhouse gases that disrupt the climate by causing warming. An alarm has been sounded by the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change), in vain: the great powers cannot agree on a drastic reduction of these gases. Jean Jouzel, climatologist and director of the Pierre-Simon Laplace Institute, explained that global warming, by causing glaciers to melt, disrupts the circulation of the winds. This would explain this year’s winter, which was particularly mild in Europe and very harsh in the United States.[6]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n – Ending the killing of animals through the development of vegetarianism<\/strong><\/p>\n In the course of one week, 1 billion animals are slaughtered (900 million poultry, 17 million goats and sheep, 24 million pigs and 6 million cattle).<\/p>\n The association One Voice proposes one meat-free day a week because “Our diet can help protect the climate. Indeed, 1 kg of beef and 1 kg of cheese generate 27 and 13.5 kg of CO2<\/sub> respectively. By comparison, plant alternatives such as tofu or lentils produce 2 kg and 0.9 kg of CO2<\/sub> respectively.”<\/em>[7]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n – Protecting species and defending biodiversity<\/strong><\/p>\n I will mention here only two cases in which the destruction of biodiversity, and in particular the disappearance of predators such as the wolf, causes serious incidents.<\/p>\n In the United States, with the disappearance of wolves, does and deer are multiplying and invading Washington, where they are killed by humans with crossbows.<\/p>\n In France and Germany, the disappearance of wolves has led to the multiplication of wild boars, which turn up in some towns.<\/p>\n Awareness has grown, and actions to reintroduce vanished species into the natural environment are under way.<\/p>\n In the Universal Declaration of Animal Rights, Article 10 reads:<\/p>\n “Education and public instruction must lead man, from childhood, to observe, understand and respect animals.”<\/em><\/p>\n – Education about the different kingdoms and natural laws<\/strong><\/p>\n Very recently, acts of violence inflicted on a cat were filmed and posted on the web. Animal protection associations mobilised, and the perpetrator was sentenced to one year in prison. Here again, punishment comes before education. If young people were given an education in respect for the kingdoms of nature and natural laws, such acts would not happen.<\/p>\n Let us note that, as part of the Grenelle Environment Forum, a book was produced for children to teach them to protect nature.[8]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n His Holiness the Lord HAMSAH MANARAH writes: “Man becomes a danger because he denies the divine shaping to which the Earth has been subjected for billions of years.”<\/em>[9]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n All the problems we have just mentioned were created by man, and the solutions to solve them exist. Man must change and become the protector of the lower kingdoms.<\/p>\n – The Teaching of the Messiah: from the Universal Declaration of Animal Rights to the Code of Honour of Man towards the kingdoms of Nature, from the rights of animals to the duties of human beings. The Messiah’s Law of Evolution is for all the kingdoms.<\/strong><\/p>\n In the Universal Declaration of Animal Rights of 15 October 1978, the preamble states:<\/p>\n “Considering that Life is one, all living beings having a common origin and having diverged in the course of the evolution of species,<\/em><\/p>\n Considering that all living beings possess natural rights, and that any animal with a nervous system has specific rights,<\/em><\/p>\n Considering that contempt for, and even simple ignorance of, these natural rights cause serious damage to Nature and lead man to commit crimes against animals…”<\/em><\/p>\n These sentences are entirely in agreement with the first part of this talk on the interdependence of the kingdoms of Nature. A bill recognising in the Civil Code the status of the animal as a living and sentient being was put before the French Senate on 7 October 2013. It must be said that, at present, the Civil Code considers the animal to be a piece of movable property.<\/p>\n What does the Teaching of the Messiah bring?<\/p>\n The answer is clear: all the kingdoms of nature have a soul. The mineral, the plant, the animal and the human are all part of God. It is therefore not enough to feed animals well and pamper them; we must also pray for their evolution, so that they may approach their passage to the human kingdom, their evolution from group soul to individual soul, in the best possible conditions.<\/p>\n The “Code of Honour of Man towards the Kingdoms of Nature”[10]<\/sup><\/a> explains the duties of human beings towards the kingdoms of Nature. This code comprises 15 articles. We will quote only 3 of them here.<\/p>\n Article 2: Protect Nature and the invisible beings who inhabit it,<\/em><\/p>\n Article 3: Accompany every sacrifice of the kingdoms of Nature with prayer that makes the group soul evolve,<\/em><\/p>\n Article 4: Contribute constantly to the accelerated evolution of the kingdoms of Nature by sowing them with light, blessings and prayers.<\/em><\/p>\n Prayer is one of the essential elements of the relationship between man and the kingdoms of Nature; it is what links us all to GOD. If one is not vegetarian, it is essential to pray for the group souls of the animals sacrificed for us.<\/p>\n – The role of the kingdoms of nature in the various failures to build the TEMPLE PYRAMID<\/strong><\/p>\n The MESSIAH reveals to us that the Law of Evolution concerns all the kingdoms.<\/p>\n “The Law of Evolution implies that everything that is born must have as its goal to reach the higher level.”<\/em>[11]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n The animal must evolve to become human, but the sufferings inflicted by man on the animal drive it to individualise with a heart filled with hatred and revenge.<\/p>\n The MESSIAH writes: “The roots of the Iron Age lie in the relations between the animal kingdom and the human kingdom…<\/em><\/p>\n It is difficult, especially in our time, when thousands of animals are sacrificed every second, to conceive and even to admit that man’s wrong attitudes towards the kingdoms of nature create karmic links with the new generations who will be the persecuting executioners.”<\/em>[12]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n Man must change and set an example for animals so that they may evolve peacefully towards the human kingdom and become fulfilled individual souls.<\/p>\n – Succeeding together in the new Era through the Construction of the TEMPLE PYRAMID<\/strong><\/p>\n Unity between the Kingdoms of Nature within the Evolutionary Pyramid is essential for the future of the planet. The Temple Pyramid is the symbol of this Unity. It must be rebuilt on earth to remind everyone of the duty to evolve.<\/p>\n The Lord tells us: “The Earth needs the Temple Pyramid, which constitutes its Spiritual Pole, the anchoring point of GOD in matter, succeeding itself through the Lineage of the Hierokarantine.<\/em>[13]<\/sup><\/a> The Law of Evolution will structure Souls in an immense pyramid leading them back to GOD, the Creator of all things, and it is to remind everyone of this absolute necessity to evolve that this Temple Pyramid of the new era stands on Earth.”<\/em>[14]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n In this lecture, in a first part, we recalled the organisation of creation, which unites all the kingdoms of nature in the evolutionary pyramid, and the importance of the passage from the animal kingdom to the human kingdom through the domestication of animals. In a second part, we described all the problems created by man on the planet because he has not respected Nature. We also presented all the solutions for correcting our mistakes, some of which are already being implemented. The third part was devoted to the Teaching of the Messiah on the necessity of the Temple Pyramid to remind all the kingdoms, mineral, plant, animal and human, of their duty to evolve towards the higher level.<\/p>\n We are all concerned by this change; the Temple Pyramid will be built on the efforts of all.
