Towards a Better World #71

2 October 2024

New post

S.O.S. Planet

“We must try to reduce the risks of conflicts that hang over humanity as a threat of destruction and regression”, says Lord HAMSAH MANARAH. (L’Aumisme, la Doctrine de l’Age d’Or, p. 312) [1]

Believers and non-believers alike, we can fight the divisions that are accomplices of wars through right action, while directing our kind and peace-making prayers and thoughts “towards the peoples, the nations and the Heads of State”. [2] The role of the latter takes on its full importance today in the face of the planet’s S.O.S.

The rifts in the world call on States to rebalance together an Earth where every man, every woman and every child has the right to live in safety in their own country. [3]

To this end, may the leaders and peoples of the whole Earth commit themselves to a common effort in the service of peace, and make their fight against wars and every form of barbarity part of history. [4]

“Great will be the merits of the souls of Light

who agree to take the destiny of peoples into their hands

and lead them towards peace and brotherhood

by bringing them through the gateway of the Golden Age.”

(L’Aumisme, la Doctrine de l’Age d’Or, p. 245)

[1] See post no. 46, “A crucial question”.

[2] See post no. 60, “The world needs love”.

[3] See post no. 64, “Being happy today”.

[4] See post no. 65, “A government of sages”.
