MEDITATION OF FORGIVENESS TOWARDS ONESELF<\/b><\/h2>\n

Sit down with your back very straight,
Look at yourself in a mirror.<\/b><\/p>\n

Be relaxed.
Do not be afraid of yourself.
Learn to look yourself in the face without tension, without rejecting yourself, without excessive emotion.<\/p>\n

Once you have finished carefully inspecting your image,
pronounce<\/b> solemnly, first mentally and then aloud, as if you were speaking to another self, this promise<\/b>:<\/p>\n

“I forgive you the evil done in confusion and momentary ignorance.
OM OM OM<\/b>…<\/i><\/p>\n

I forgive you all bad thoughts and cancel all their effects.
OM OM OM<\/b>…<\/i><\/p>\n

I forgive you all unkind words and cancel all their effects.
OM OM OM<\/b>…<\/i><\/p>\n

I forgive you all malicious actions and cancel all their effects.
OM OM OM<\/b>…<\/i><\/p>\n

May you, O my soul, from now on conform in every respect to the Law of Evolution, accept the Golden Age and integrate in the depths of your being the Ideal of Unity, Love and Truth.”<\/i><\/p>\n

Then chant<\/b>, first mentally and then aloud, this prayer of the golden-yellow spiral, which erases the past and grants forgiveness to oneself:
OM HRAUM AH HUM ALALA OH \/\/<\/b><\/p>\n

Once you have finished<\/b> purifying your image reflected in the mirror, hear, as an echo, the answer of this image of yourself:<\/p>\n

“I accept the great forgiveness granted and the cancellation of all my debts of the past, of all my bad thoughts, of all malicious actions and words.
I renounce Karma, self-punishment and self-destruction, and solemnly promise to respect in every respect the Evolutionary Laws of the Golden Age.
May ALMIGHTY GOD, present in everyone, protect me from every fall and guide me towards the true Light.”<\/i><\/p>\n

Repeat this affirmation until you have made it deeply your own.
End this forgiveness technique by repeating the OM Sound at an accelerated pace, visualising the fusion between your body and its reflection, a luminous fusion that puts an end to all inner duality.<\/p>\n
