Breaking with hatred

Whatever its excuse, we see that hatred fuels the spiral of divisions, violence and wars that generate the suffering we must escape from. [1]
To break with hatred, without denying conflicts, it is essential at every level to express more love through respect for differences, forgiveness and solidarity… [2] Various paths, religious or not, converge towards building a future lit in this way by the values of peace.

According to Aumism, for example, as in other Traditions, the presence of the Divine in every being is the foundation of the unity of humanity: what we do to others, for good or ill, rebounds both on all human beings and on ourselves. To love the other is to love oneself, and to hate the other amounts to hating oneself… This awareness encourages everyone to make altruistic and constructive choices.
It is therefore important, in education, to teach children “the fundamental notions of forgiving those who have done harm, to avoid the spiral of revenge and hatred”. [3] This fosters their happiness and that of society.
Here is a proposal, beneficial for our planet, for all who wish to put it into practice:

“To eliminate the seeds of hatred and intolerance,
pour out a deluge of seeds of Light of the OM Sound.
This work of invisible alchemy will touch human beings and the whole of nature,
and so you will take part in the destruction of the collective monster of hatred.”
