Believers and non-believers alike, we can fight the divisions that are accomplices of wars through right action, while directing our kind and peace-making prayers and thoughts “towards the peoples, the nations and the Heads of State”. [2] The role of the latter takes on its full importance today in the face of the planet’s S.O.S.
The rifts in the world call on States to rebalance together an Earth where every man, every woman and every child has the right to live in safety in their own country. [3]
To this end, may the leaders and peoples of the whole Earth commit themselves to a common effort in the service of peace, and make their fight against wars and every form of barbarity part of history. [4]
