Prayer

In this summer season, when the sunlight is at its height, we share the Light of a prayer written by Lord HAMSAH MANARAH. It is dedicated to all beings who wish to develop more Love each day, to those “who struggle for their own perfection while aspiring to serve ever better the cause of the evolution of humanity.” (Le Yoga de l’Amour dans la Force, p. 327)

“Lord of the Universe,

Give me the strength to keep at every moment

The feeling of Unity with the Earth.

Make my spiritual diamond

Sparkle ever more brightly

In the Ray of your Divine Sun.

Help me to keep awake

My spiritual discernment,

To develop more Love for the whole of humanity.

Grant that the offering of my being

For the service of those I love

Be honest and sincere.

May victory over myself

In deep humility

Carry and uphold the standard

To be followed by your valiant soldiers.

Grant me Science and Knowledge,

A little for myself, that I may understand you,

But much in order to serve

Those who do not wish to be taken unawares;

For death leaves no leisure

To those who are steeped in narrow ignorance.

If, through your great compassion,

I find myself cradled by the Eternal Ocean,

Grant that, through the song of my soul,

Human beings may draw closer and become spiritual

Until they know the supreme happiness

Of Universal Reintegration…”
