Repeat OM

Repeat OM
Repeat OM
Listen to the wind blowing
In the chimney.
Listen to the sound of the waves of the raging sea.
Watch the rose unfold,
And so you will learn more
About me, about yourself, about your Universe,
And about the creative Spirit.
Often switch off the television
To perfect your inner vision.
Close your ears to idle talk,
Withdraw into silence and pray.
Repeat OM aloud
To purify your surroundings.
Repeat OM mentally and quickly
To dispel the shadows.
Repeat OM slowly,
In a prolonged way,
To merge into Eternity.
