THE NEED FOR SHARING TO REBALANCE THE EARTH

At the dawn of the 21st century, the Earth seen from the Sky looks very small: “The Earth belongs to everyone and is the property of no one.”[1] Over the last century, the conquest of Space, the development of communications in all their forms, the speed of transport, the migration of populations and many other factors (science, technology, and so on) have turned relations between people, peoples and nations upside down. Here, people enjoy a satisfactory material well-being; there, famine, war, endemic diseases and emerging pandemics exist side by side; everywhere, the anger of Mother Nature rumbles in the form of natural disasters, all the more so as man is very often the cause of pollution of every kind through his wrongdoing, wrong action and wrong thinking.

In our villages in Africa, where firefighters are extremely rare, when Birima’s hut catches fire, all the villagers come running, some with a bucket or a piece of gourd, others with a shovel, to throw water or mud on the fire so that it does not spread through the village.

Through sharing, let us gather at the bedside of our sick planet Earth to safeguard the whole of Humanity.

In the first part of this talk, we will present some effects of planetary globalisation that lead to a certain form of sharing and human solidarity.

The second part is devoted to the Teaching of His Holiness Lord HAMSAH MANARAH on sharing. We have selected the following themes: the sharing of knowledge, the sharing of prayer, and science with conscience to rebalance the Earth.

We will end this talk with the project of the Pyramid Temple of the Unity of the Faces of GOD.

I. SOME EFFECTS OF GLOBALISATION

A first example: on 26 December 2004, the tsunami caused the deaths of 300,000 people of 65 different nationalities. This disaster was followed by a surge of worldwide generosity, and throughout January 2005 the media reported on the acts of solidarity taking place all over the world to help the survivors.

A second example: on 5 April 2005, the worldwide funeral of Pope John Paul II brought together a great many of the Earth’s inhabitants. Ceremonies in the various religious traditions were held to honour the memory of John Paul II, that much-loved pope who, through his simplicity and his work of forgiveness, had won over men and women of all religions. The media made it possible to share this moment of contemplation and these emotions across the planet.

A third example: in October 2006, the Bangladeshi banker Muhammad Yunus was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for creating a microcredit system that gives the poorest a chance to exist: “today, 6.6 million people, 96% of them women, are clients of his institution, which has distributed 5.7 billion dollars in 30 years. The women find their own means of subsistence without depending on their father or husband.”[2]

There are also many non-governmental organisations working every day all over the planet in very diverse fields (medicine, education, research, and so on) to build a better world.

We can see that, in the face of exceptional and extraordinary situations, the men and women of this planet Earth mobilise and are able to unite and to create tools for sharing and helping one another. Yet these same inhabitants of the Earth can also cause disasters.

The Earth is a village; we cannot avoid globalisation. However, completely absorbed in solving everyday problems, apparently with no long-term vision, our planetary society seems to have lost awareness that the principles of spirituality, solidarity, ecology and so on are the essential and indispensable foundations of a society, that these principles belong to the laws of life and the laws of the Universe, and that they often amount to simple common sense.

Man seems to have forgotten the Laws that govern the world, such as the Law of cause and effect, more commonly known as the boomerang effect and taught by CHRIST: “Whoever sows the wind reaps the whirlwind.”

The MESSIAH came to teach human beings that there will be no individual or planetary rebalancing without the evolution of consciousness. The MESSIAH reminds us that the physical world depends on our thoughts. He writes:

“The world is above all mental,

O man of little faith,

What you think, you become.

The fruits of your thoughts crystallise your future.

Day after day you build

Your destiny, consciously and unconsciously.”[3]

We now come to the second part, on the Teaching of sharing according to His Holiness Lord HAMSAH MANARAH.

II. THE TEACHING OF SHARING ACCORDING TO HIS HOLINESS LORD HAMSAH MANARAH

The question is: how can human beings be united so that they manage to rebalance themselves and rebalance the Earth?

Sharing is one of the solutions. In this part we will deal with the Teaching of His Holiness Lord HAMSAH MANARAH on sharing and address the following themes:

  • the sharing of knowledge;
  • the sharing of prayer;
  • science with conscience to rebalance the Earth.

II.1 The sharing of knowledge

His Holiness Lord HAMSAH MANARAH gives the 5th Law of the Golden Age:[4]

“First principle:

You shall share your learning, your knowledge and your material and spiritual gains with your neighbour.

Second principle:

You shall never be like the miser, sitting on your treasure chest while the world starves to death or souls take their own lives in despair.

Third principle:

You shall think of your neighbour more than of yourself and help him to evolve, even to surpass you if he can.”

Let us go back to the example of the tsunami of 26 December 2004. Japan, the country most affected by tsunamis (15% of tsunamis), has a monitoring network and has educated its population. Tsunamis do not cause many deaths there.

The sharing of scientific knowledge between technologically developed countries and developing countries would have made it possible to build a network for monitoring natural hazards, and many human lives would have been spared on 26 December 2004.

Those who had the technical and intellectual knowledge did not share it, and it took a planetary disaster to spark a surge of solidarity.

Let us point out that, when it comes to sharing values and sharing from the heart, the materialistic West has much to learn from the mystical East, and much to learn from the so-called underdeveloped countries.

The MESSIAH writes:

“The conquest of a Golden Age mentality is essential.

If each person sees only their own particular case, humanity is far from regaining its unity; but if all of us come together around the collective case of our planet, which is slowly dying as a result of wrong thoughts and actions, then each of us will find, deep within ourselves, the moral strength to tame the evil within, so as no longer to add to the collective burden of a Planet at bay.”[5]

Changes on the physical plane depend on the spiritual impulse behind them, hence the importance of sharing prayer, which we will discuss in the next part.

II.2 The sharing of prayer

Many conflicts on Earth are still religious conflicts. His Holiness Lord HAMSAH MANARAH writes:

“Father,” asked the grieving son, “does GOD exist?”

The old man, bent by the years, then stood up and solemnly replied:

“My son, GOD is only a principle, an indivisible Energy that human beings, your brothers, amuse themselves by breaking up, dividing and separating.”[6]

For Aumists, God is a principle present in all creatures, from the mineral to the human by way of the plant and the animal. This conception of creation is not unique to Aumism: other traditions refer to this organisation of creation as an evolutionary pyramid.

Man has a duty to pray for the evolution of all, including the kingdoms of Nature: mineral, plant and animal.

“The MESSIAH unites opposites.

Let us pray together, whatever our traditions, for the MESSIAH is here to unite and to fuse, not to divide.

Let us pray for the stones and for the awakening of their inanimate consciousness.

Let us pray for the trees and the forests, for the awakening of their collective consciousness.

Let us pray for all animals, from the insects on the path to the immense whales of the ocean.

Let us pray for fire, for air and water, and for the nourishing earth…”[7]

Aumism offers a unitist approach: God is one. He incarnates from Age to Age on different planets, at different times, in different bodies, to teach human beings. His teaching adapts to humanity.

Aumists therefore consider that CHRIST and the BUDDHA are different incarnations of GOD at different times and in different places, but that their teachings are complementary. To give this concrete form, Aumists built, in the Holy City of MANDAROM SHAMBHASALEM, a Statue of CHRIST facing a statue of the BUDDHA.

The Hexamide symbolises this Unity between Religions. It is one of the major symbols of AUMISM. All Religions hold the same rank. At the summit of the Hexamide is the OM symbol in Sanskrit.

OM is the shortest prayer leading to the awakening of one’s inner GOD.

OM is a Universal prayer: it is chanted by 800 million Hindus, by 600 million Buddhists, by Jains, Sikhs and many others.

Christians, who number 1.5 billion, chant AMEN, which derives from OM. Muslims, who number 1.3 billion, chant AMIN.

OM AMEN AMIN AUM is a prayer that unites the majority of the human beings on Earth. Sharing prayer is essential: if we share our prayers, together we will build a world of Unity.

For Aumists, action and prayer go hand in hand.

They pray in order to act effectively in matter.

If we share our prayers, we will be able to act together to rebalance the Earth.

We now come to the last point of this second part, which concerns science with conscience to rebalance the Earth.

II.3 Science with conscience to rebalance the Earth

“The happiness or unhappiness of the world will depend on the balance between the rational and the spiritual.” (L’Aumisme, la Doctrine de l’Âge d’Or, p. 174)

At the dawn of the 21st century, humanity has become aware of the damage that science can cause if it is used without the control of the conscience of light, of God present in each person.

That is why Aumist scientists must above all work on their own improvement and pray often, so as to take part in the science of the future, which will have to improve living conditions in the short, medium and long term.

“Life on a planet like the Earth is fragile; any imbalance introduced by science, pollution, accidents and other disasters can only affect the future of the globe and possibly cause its destruction.

The scientist, aware of this fragility of life on Earth, will do nothing that could worsen existing imbalances.”[8]

In his book L’Aumisme, la Doctrine de l’Âge d’Or, His Holiness Lord HAMSAH MANARAH gives a moral code for scientists to follow and rebuilds the bridge between science and religion.

“The Revelation of the Divine continues at every moment, and scientific discoveries lead us to the threshold of the mystery, which intuition has a chance of exploring if it is guided by higher forces.

Unfortunately, the domain of religion has been separated from that of science, and yet science only confirms the existence of the Creator.”[9]

“Aumism must spiritualise science in a marriage of Love and Reason.

The next century will be essentially scientific; science must therefore be given a suitable morality, for the survival of our humanity depends on it.”[10]

Science, when used well, can relieve people of many ills.

We can read about the benefits that Science can bring if it is used wisely. We will quote only a few of the 15 points:

  • “putting an end to famine;
  • giving water to those who thirst in the desert and irrigating hundreds upon hundreds of hectares of desert so that the crops needed for Man’s survival can grow there;
  • bringing about a planetary awareness that leads peoples to understand one another and almost forces them to unite so as no longer to destroy one another;
  • opening up the human field of vision to the realities of the Cosmos and helping man to find his rightful place again in the economy of the Universe.”[11]

We now come to the last part of this talk, which concerns a project of the Aumists to unite all human beings: the Pyramid Temple of the Unity of the Faces of GOD.

III. THE PYRAMID TEMPLE: TIME IS RUNNING OUT

Many people and groups are working to improve living conditions on Earth.

A profound change is needed, and it will only come through the change of each individual. This is not easy, but awareness exists, forced by events. Since the mad cow affair we have paid more and more attention to what we eat; with the rise in allergic diseases, to the air we breathe; and with climate disruption, to pollution in general.

Here we are at a symposium on the Aumist Religion, and we will present what this religion proposes, which is to develop the feeling of unity on the basis of the OM prayer. Having OM chanted all over the earth and building the PYRAMID TEMPLE: this is the mission of the Aumists to contribute to planetary change.

In the book Une Loi pour détruire le Mal, we read:

“The earth needs this Pyramid Temple, which is its spiritual Pole, the anchoring point of GOD in matter, succeeding Himself through the lineage of the HIEROKARANTINE. The Pyramid Temple is the guarantee of a better future, of a lasting Golden Age, of a reconciled humanity that has regained its Unity with GOD THE FATHER, Creator of All Things.”[12]

If we manage to unite our prayers, whatever the name of GOD we pray to and the Face of GOD we venerate, we will succeed in uniting to act. Time is running out.
