INCREASE YOUR STRENGTH

 

In this autumn of 2020, it is a question of remaining vigilant on a daily basis, of remaining focused on a dual necessity.

– to continue to keep a watchful eye on one’s health and that of others in the face of the pandemic,

– to keep a watchful eye on one’s morale and that of those around him in the face of the news, of everything that can generate an anxiety-provoking atmosphere : “our thoughts and feelings act on us in the present and influence our future”, also reflecting on our collective future. Let’s not allow fear or discouragement to take hold, let’s remain determined to develop our inner strength over time. This is an inalienable good for each and all generations.

“Every existence includes periods of struggle and difficulties. Take courage. Work hard to overcome obstacles. Never allow yourself to be overwhelmed. »

Positive affirmations can help those who repeat them to increase this strength. An example, from the Aumist Teachings :

“I am a centre of Strength, Light and Consciousness.

I am in unity with Divine Consciousness,

I am divinely protected, inspired, enlightened, guided. “
