TOWARDS SOLIDARITY

At the beginning of this year, making a new start is an opportunity to think more about others. Let’s take advantage of the new awareness – which we are currently experiencing – to move away from individualism, to orient our lives towards solidarity in thought, word and action. [1]
To begin with, let us accept to question ourselves :

“What have I done today to help my neighbour ?
What will I do tomorrow to alleviate the suffering of the world ? »
(The Revolution of the World of the Living and the Dead, p. 442).

Whatever our response, we can move forward, bring ourselves to the best of our ability.
We are all capable of cooperating, of giving concrete support to others in different ways. No gesture of mutual help is negligible.
And our actions will be all the more enhanced when we add the power of our thoughts of love, of our prayers for the world, for everyone.

By making solidarity a priority that unites us with our human brothers and sisters, we give our existence its deepest meaning  [2] :

“Life is an act of love,
a constant learning of solidarity and fraternity, of mutual helping. »
(Le Flambeau d’Unité, p. 154).
