Aumiste, place these jewels in every nook and cranny of your Inner Palace.

⁃ Self-knowledge.

– Will. ⁃ Courage.

– Patience.

⁃ Sincerity towards yourself.

⁃ Fight pride, vanity, jealousy.

– Cultivate true humility in strength.

⁃ Control of the tongue.

⁃ Avoid unnecessary words.

– Do not identify with either your flesh body or your personality.

⁃ Identify with the Supreme Self within.

⁃ Discern between the Real and the illusory.

⁃ Pray often.

⁃ Repeat the sound OM.

⁃ Cultivate Universal Love, Forgiveness of offences, Charity, Generosity of heart and mind, Patience.
⁃ Pray for Peace, Harmony, Brotherhood in the world and the Universes.
⁃ Remember that the Essence of man is Divine.
⁃ Although subject to a certain apparent determinism we have our free will. Man becomes what he thinks. We are responsible for our destiny.
⁃ If you enter the path of overcoming the little self, keep your feet on the ground all the same, but your gaze constantly directed towards the Star of salvation.
⁃ Spiritual work can be done anywhere. If you are out in the world, don’t be discouraged. You have the opportunity to develop qualities that will serve in the conquest of the Absolute. Offer everything you do as a sacrifice.
⁃ Pray, repeat a Divine Name, such a mantra, the sound OM.
⁃ Doing the right thing with confidence and determination amounts to preparing directly for your spiritual ascent.

⁃ Man must come to an awareness of the true purpose of life if he wishes to eliminate the causes that generate worries, sorrows, misfortunes.

⁃ He must take into account the problems of his inner universe and those posed by the phenomenal world, in order to adapt intelligently; reconcile the approach of his thought with his real aspirations; eliminate his contradictions in order to achieve inner harmony.

– It is important for men and women to purify themselves, to develop Love for all beings and a sense of Unity, and to strive ardently for Union with the Divine Consciousness.

– Knowledge not followed by action is vain. The awakened person relies on the method with all his ardour. He has no difficulty in agreeing with the great and serious mystical philosopher C. G. JUNG on this point: ‘The most beautiful truths in the world are useless until their content has become an original inner experience for each individual’

– Do not listen to those who deny the value of effort in asceticism, in order to tear the veil hiding the divinity within.
