THE SACRED TREE

At the end of this year, let us allow ourselves to be illuminated by a Tree that radiates a strength offered to all.

Let us stop in our inner garden to rediscover it through a short parable taken from the Flambeau d’Unité, p.343 :

“Its common trunk symbolizes God’s love for everyone. Its branches, rising towards the sky, symbolize the multiplicity of appearances of the human race, born however from the same trunk of unity.

Its foliage represents the human love lasting only the time of a spring and a summer. In autumn the leaves have fallen but the trunk of Divine Love remains, spreading its sap to all the branches of the human race…  

If you have understood this parable, you will never again be able to hate your father, your mother, your brother, your sister or any man or woman on this Earth (…)

Giving thanks to the Divine Tree for its constant Love, your expanded consciousness will encompass in one vision all the branches and the trunk of the Sacred Tree.

Love your neighbor as yourself.[1] Love the God within you[2] and you will turn from selfish love to Divine Love for the happiness of your inner God. [3]
