The urgency for change

Humanity today is faced with the urgency of change.

“No war in the past has been able to force human beings to change.” (A Law to Destroy Evil, p. 34). Century after century, despite “never again” statements, fratricidal divisions have perpetuated conflicts in which victims become executioners, and executioners become victims, trapping human beings in the Age of Suffering.

It is urgent to stop the spiral of violence and open up to other perspectives.

Let us hope that the States, in a burst of lucidity, will negotiate a way out of this downward spiral. May the leaders and peoples of the world unite in a new struggle for peace, which requires us to grow in humanity: to make living together on Earth more peaceful, and to better share the joy of living here. A step towards Golden Age solidarity. [1]
