A HEALTHY PATH

Compatible with all lifestyles, aumist spiritual practice is integrated into daily life. There is no break between the time devoted to God and the time devoted to various activities. Depending on the context, each person can, by praying, by offering his or her actions to the Divine and to humanity, keep the course of spiritual evolution in the family, professional life, associations or other.  [1]  His Holiness Lord HAMSAH MANARAH invites us to do so in a text entitled: “The healthy path I show. “(Aumism, the Doctrine of the Golden Age, p.46)

– Become aware of your past and present mistakes. Try to understand yourself and what you want.

– Do not give up external action under the pretext that you are looking for God, otherwise you will soon be considered a parasite of society.

– Keep your feet on the ground, while contemplating the star of your ideal.

– Take care of your husband, your wife, your children, like all people wearing the blinkers of prosaism, but act as a person awake to the realities of the inner Universe. Pray often! Pray when you go to bed, pray when you wake up, pray when you walk, when you are in a crowd, pray in a car, in a train.

– Do not abandon your religion: remain a Christian, Jew, Hindu, Muslim… but study other religions to love them and especially to better understand your own.

– Eliminate the veils of illusion that surround your consciousness and prevent you from fully contemplating the inner Light.

– Endure adversity with valour. Remember to bless your enemies. Never return evil for evil.

– Cultivate charity, compassion, benevolence, forgiveness of offenses, generosity of heart, tolerance, and a sense of unity. Love your neighbor, the world and the universe. [2]

– Think of the proposed sublime goal: spiritual liberation.

– Express the perfection that is in potential within yourself, to consciously find your place within the Divine Consciousness. Spiritual Liberation is the state of purity due to the stripping away of egoism, to real detachment, to the annihilation of vain desires parasitizing the soul; it is the state of deep universal love; it is the feeling of Unity, of Universality, conferring Bliss.
